COOK ‘SEATTLE-STYLE’ TERIYAKI AT HOME.


Toshi’s Original Chicken Teriyaki

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs - Boneless, skinless chicken thighs (approx. 9-12 pcs)

  • 1 bottle - Toshi’s Original ‘Seattle-Style’ Teriyaki Marinade

Prep

  • Mix chicken & teriyaki marinade in a large bowl.

  • Cover bowl and let chicken marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator.

GRILL

  • Warm up grill and set to medium heat.

  • Grill for 8-10 minutes, flipping chicken every 90 seconds.

OVEN BROIL

  • Set oven rack to highest position & preheat on broil setting.

  • Place chicken on sheet pan lined with aluminum foil.

  • Broil for 5 minutes.

  • Flip over chicken over & broil for another 4 minutes.


Steak Teriyaki

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs - Beef flap meat (bottom sirloin)

  • 1 bottle - Toshi’s Original ‘Seattle-Style’ Teriyaki Marinade

Prep

  • Cut beef into 8 oz portions with 1-inch thickness.

  • Mix beef & teriyaki marinade in a large bowl.

  • Cover bowl and let beef marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator.

GRILL

  • Warm up grill and set to medium heat.

  • Grill for 8-10 mins, flipping chicken every 90 seconds.

    • Rare to medium-rare = 6-8 minutes

    • Medium to medium-well = 8-10 minutes
