TERIYAKI RECIPES

 

Seattle-style teriyaki cooking begins with first soaking meat in our soy-ginger marinade for 3 hours. The marinated meat is then grilled over medium heat and flipped frequently to maximize juiciness & prevent over-charring. The tender morsels are sliced into bite size pieces and topped off with a drizzle of our sweet & savory teriyaki sauce.
