Toshi’s Teriyaki Marinade
Toshi’s Teriyaki Sauce
MIX chicken and Toshi’s Teriyaki Marinade in a bowl. Use 1/2 cup marinade for every 1 lb chicken.
MARINATE for 3 hours in refrigerator. After a few hours, the chicken will soak up the marinade and appear slightly darker like in the picture above.
GRILL chicken over medium heat, flipping every 2 minutes. Cook for approximately 10-12 minutes until golden-brown with some charring on the edges. Remove chicken from grill and slice after letting it rest for 1 minute.
DRIZZLE Toshi’s Teriyaki Sauce over your cooked chicken for an extra kick of teriyaki flavor, or use it as a dipping sauce on the side. Serve with steamed white or brown rice.
