TOSHI’S BEEF STEAK TERIYAKI

INGREDIENTS

Beef Flap Meat (a.k.a. Bottom Sirloin)
Toshi’s Teriyaki Marinade
Toshi’s Teriyaki Sauce

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Cut beef into approximately 10 oz portions with half-inch thickness.

In a bowl, cover beef with Toshi’s Teriyaki Marinade & mix well. Use 1/2 cup marinade for every 1 lb beef.

Let marinate for 3 hours in refrigerator.

Grill beef over medium heat, flipping every 2 minutes.

Rare to medium-rare = approx. 6-8 minutes
Medium to medium-well = approx. 8-10 minutes

Slice beef after letting it rest for 1 minute. Lightly drizzle Toshi’s Teriyaki Sauce over your cooked beef for an extra kick of teriyaki flavor, or use it as a dipping sauce on the side. Serve with steamed white or brown rice.
