Est. 1976: Original Seattle-style Teriyaki

Toshi's Teriyaki is Seattle's original teriyaki shop serving char-broiled teriyaki chicken & beef since 1976. After basically inventing Seattle-style teriyaki 40 years ago, founder Toshi Kasahara went on to popularize the concept across the Puget Sound region. Today, you can find Toshi at his store in Mill Creek, cooking up Seattle's original teriyaki recipe.
